Representative Coghill moved the Senate letter of intent (Senate                                    
Journal page 3418) for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 511(FIN)                                                   
     "An Act relating to the certificate of need program for health care                            
     facilities; and providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                                                    
The House adopted SCS CSHB 511(FIN) (page 4304).                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the Senate letter of intent
